Talk 1 – Getting started with Customer Insights – Data – Malin Martnes
You’ve heard about it? You know it’s in the license of Customer Insights – Journeys. What is CDP?

Customer Profile, Unification, Measures, Segments, predictions – help, what is all of this??

Customer Insights – Data is unfamiliar for most consultants and companies – in this sessions you’ll learn just enough so you know where to start and how to learn more.

What can it do? Why should your customers start using it?
How do you create a working demo to show the customer?

Bio
Malin has been working with Dynamics 365, marketing, and CRM for over a decade. She’s been a user, consultant, and trainer. In 2019, she was honoured as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), and in 2020, she became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a MCT Regional Lead in 2024.

Malin started with a strong interest in marketing. Even though her career took a different path at first, she never lost her passion for it. Her goal is to make Dynamics and Power Platform easy to use for everyone.

Talk 2 – Are you backing up your build? – Ian Tweedie
Ever wondered what would happen if you lost your development environment? How do you feel about having to do all of that work again? What about if you spot a problem days later? Can you remember the value you changed three days ago in that flow? Have you ever seen someone delete the website record by mistake.

These are all situations I have been in over the last few years, and having a Pipeline in place to ensure backup of your hard work is extremely important. That historical record can save you many hours.
